First was 5 Beats Parties @ Djoon. Now arrives the 5 Jerres Parties @ Tsunami!

Next Thursday I’ll be mixing at Tsunami Mataró. I’m not sure if I should prepare the session. I trust that I can do something really interesting… maybe some tricks with 3 CDJs, but just have 2 :(

By the way, I’m going to mix from 11pm to 2:30 am (More or less). Few beats of deep house, few beats of latin house, few beats of afro house, few beats of soulful… Well, just house music.

This August I’ll be playing @ Tsunami Mataró, 13 – 15 – 27. I’m going to start a project with my fella Sergi Erizzo, The Marshers will be a project that pretends mix a funny deep and soulful house at 4 hands and some techy sounds (we need to practice a lot :P), if you check the flyer, you can see that we will be mix with Techdjembe it will be a deep – tech party with percusionists.  Also I’m mixing each Saturday night at Studio Room from Music Hall disco.

By the way I recommend you going to see Playmaker. He is a SoulmatesBCN staff (brooooother!!!!) and have a BIGGER Club Culture. It will be a lesson of House Music.

Yesterday was my first Gig. I was playing at Music Hall of Mataro. The experience was little bittersweet. I though that I will have some problems with the CDs (American Audio) or for the quality of sound (wasnt really good) but these problems was resolved succesfully. The problem was the musical demands. At 3 am I tryed to mix some Chandler and Marlon D tracks and the floor became a desert LOL. Ok! Time to come back to Soulful and Vocal tracks… Spen – To the rocks and go! Some people came back.

By the way, at Mataró doesn’t exists house club culture (of deep and soulful). And I have the hope to get some crew each saturday night. Step a step, day a day :)
